The wine list was crafted by Mark Bright, an up-and-coming sommelier recently featured in Wine and Spirits and 7x7 Magazine. Bright specifically selected the globe-trotting, value-oriented offerings for synergy with South Indian cuisine. Twelve selections are available by the glass, and most bottles are under $30, including two bottles from Indian vintner, Sula.

Bright also offers thoughtful beer selections, with Indian and American selections, as well as notable eclectic bottles hand-picked to accompany the menu, including the organic Pinkus HefeWeizen and the Scottish Traquair Jacobite Ale, whose rich texture with notes of anise, chocolate and herby coriander make it a natural match with Dosa’s flavor palette.

There is also a unique selection of Soju cocktails, blended to pair perfectly with the food, such as the the Lychee Lush made lychee-infused Soju and two one-of-a-kind drinks - "Chai" Russian, shaken with dash of housemade chai, and the wicked "Mango Seed" cooled with the sweetness of Mango lassi.
